Replacements
 The
replacement of furnaces, boilers and air conditioners are
an important part of our business. An average gas furnace
replacement takes one day to complete and costs run anywhere
from $2300.00 to $3200.00 depending on size of home and other
specifications.
The
cost to replace an air conditioner usually starts around $2,100.00.
An average air conditioner, whether replacement or new, takes
four to eight hours to install. With the installation of a
air conditioner you can choose between two different types
of refrigerant, R-22 varying from a 13 seer – 16-seer
air conditioner or R-410A (environmentally friendly) from
a 13 seer – 16-seer air conditioner.

Construction
 With
new construction and additions it is best to work from accurate
blue prints. Ductwork is specifically designed for each job.
The size of the home or project will dictate the size of furnace
and the number of heat runs.
An
average residential home would cost between $4,000.00 - $6,000.00
depending on the number of runs and the type of furnace.
To
install an air conditioner at the same time as a furnace installation
would cost between $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 additional to furnace
price, depending on efficiency & size of the unit.
To
install an air conditioner in a home that has a boiler would
require an on site evaluation to give an estimated cost.
