Our hours of operation are 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. All service calls are scheduled within a two-hour window to allow for emergency calls and unexpected delays. If an emergency call comes in during normal business hours we will do our very best to service the call during our regular hours.

Evenaire takes pride in offering 24-hour emergency service on most brands of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, humidifiers and air cleaners. Our regular service rates are $70.00 per hour plus a $40.00 trip charge. Residential calls are billed out in fifteen-minute increments. Commercial calls have a one-hour minimum then the fifteen-minute increment applies. Overtime rates are $96.00 per hour plus a $40.00 trip charge with a one-hour minimum for both commercial and residential calls.
